If 2.17.13 contained really groundbreaking changes over 2.17.12, then it
would be worth some consideration. I don't remember anything particular.
Yes, it contains the change to \transposition and \transpose that I did,
and that _is_ large. But it is quite unlikely that anybody right now
depends on it. So it is not a total must-have. There were point-and-click
improvements, melismata in Kievan music, several bugfixes. Nice progress
over 2.17.12. But that's it. Using developer releases without reading the
developer list is, well, optimistic. I'm not happy with this problem, but
it did not surface in full review.
