Patchy the autobot says: Two programming errors in
input/regression/dynamics-avoid-cross-staff-stem-2.log disappear, which is
nice. However, in input/regression/dynamics-avoid-cross-staff-stem.ly the
fff and the p for the lower system are smashed into each other.
