Hi James,
i don't think that Keith meant that the patch is breaking something. He
was stating that something was broken before the patch and that the patch
doesn't change this behaviour (it's just making it more consistent, as the
image shows). So, i think that this patch shouldn't be "needs_work". As
far as i remember, Mike said that he's waiting until 2.18 is out (because
this can potentially cause some regressions).
I think that this patch should be Patch-waiting.
