Trying a stab in the dark, an "amount of swing" of p% MIGHT mean: in pairs
of swung eighth notes, make the first note p% longer than the second; then
100% corresponds to \tripletFeel. If so, you can get, for example,
an "amount of 42% swing" with
\applySwing 8 #'(142 100) { ... }
