Under "Using break-visibility" in section 5.4.6 of the NR, see
http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/notation/visibility-of-objects
the table showing the various ways of setting break-visibility incorrectly
shows the vector form as '#(#t #t #t), etc. They should be just #(#t #t
#t).
