I don’t think it should be cause for alarm. All it signals is that
display-lily prints two additional empty music blocks, as requested by your
code in music-functions-init.ly. It should only affect people who rely on
\displayLilyMusic, and even then it doesn’t produce "bad" (unusable) code.
(That being said, there may be a way of avoiding these empty blocks but I’m
not sure what would be the cleanest way to achieve it.)
