In dense horizontal spacing, breathing sign and note head don’t avoid any
collisions. With
\paper { line-width = 10 }
{ f'' \breathe \bar "|" }
the music runs into the margin anyway, so everything is placed with minimum
padding, but the breathing sign almost vanishes behind the note head.
The collision didn’t occur with 2.15.18, but has been appearing since
2.15.21.
