Federico,
I believe that I address all the issues that were raised by David, but it’s
been a long time and I can’t tell you exactly when or how I completed the work.
I haven’t worked on anything in Lilypond since then, so maybe you can look for
the most recent commit by me and see if that’s what David needs.

Import Philomelos enhancements to musicxml2ly from
github.com/Philomelos/lilypond-musicxml2ly-dev. This includes the following:
