Issue 5265 disables negative string-distance, going for a left-handed
subproperty instead

Document getting left-handed fret-diagrams by using a negative value for
string-distance. Possible since issue 5025.
Example:
~~~
\version "2.19.80"
\include "predefined-guitar-fretboards.ly"
<<
\new FretBoards {
\chordmode {
c1
\override FretBoard.fret-diagram-details.string-distance = #-1
c1
}
}
~~~

simple expedient to get them, we should likely document that (and put it
in the index, of course), maybe with a quoted snippet. If it seems to
work well enough...
