I've fixed the TeX backend so that lilypond output has width again!
This has some ugly consequences which must be corrected, especially
for `make dvi' for the user documentation. Sometimes lilypond returns
an incorrect width (or I'm using the wrong code snippet to get the
complete width of everything lilypond does output); I'll report that
soon.
