I have added an allow-outside-line property for PaperColumn (and NonMusicalPaperColumn), which will allow the situation described above, and defaults to a spacing where "Allegro molto" is inside the line. Hopefully, the spacing constraints will cause line breaks to be chosen far from such texts.
