dvips: ! DVI file can't be opened.
Try again from the beginning with lilypond-book and latex. Once you've
done that,
check the dvi file -- can you open it with xdvi? (what OS are you
using?)
If you can open the file, then try the above command again; maybe the
dvi file got
corrupted somehow last time.
