Currently, there's nothing that I know about.
Something similar is coming soon ("music streams"), but it will probably not
make it into the 2.8 release. A music stream basically consists of all
events, ordered chronologically. If you're interested, I can give you some
further reading and a working (but unofficial) prototype.
