`make dvi' called in Documentation/user gives warnings for a lot of
lilypond snippets. Some of them look even serious...
Since this compiling target is a good test whether lilypond runs fine
I suggest that you check the resulting warnings, fixing both the
snippets and lilypond if necessary.
BTW, I'm missing a `make pdf' target so that I get lilypond's info
file as PDF.
