A few remarks:

1) LilyPond site still refers to Finale 2003, which is already outdated. There
have been Finale 2004, 2005, 2006 and the current version is 2007. So you might
want to update your site and rewrite sections referring to "other" software.

2) The concept is very good! ...until one starts entering notes.
The goal of the program is to make scores which are well-readable and without
typographical errors. "The score has to look musical, has to be alive"- as your
site says.
But keep in mind that in many (if not the most) cases the person entering the
music is also a musician. Entering music in LiliPond is not difficult but it is
everything but intuitive. Looks more like an interface for computer and coding
people. The notes are entered "in the language of computer".
