The @q and @qq macros are defined in macros.itexi. I'm not certain that I understand the question, though, so this might be the answer you're looking for.
actually this is what I was looking for. I will try to make some fittings for German according to how the french pages are generated. I understand that for html I should type the according html-sign and for info I can use utf8 signs.
