I think so. Since it's never been in a stable release, though, there are 
probably some things missing/buggy.

I've left in the docs for two-pass spacing, but with a warning at the top that 
it will be removed in a future release.

Since I haven't made any substantial changes since my last email, I'll go 
ahead and commit this once I've finished testing some other changes.
