If it's too difficult to find a good name for this chapter, I suggest to
split it into 2 chapters:
Input format
* Input structure
* Titles and headers
* Working with input files
Output features
* Controlling output
* MIDI output
I'll happily go along with this, although I think
I'd prefer Titles and headers to be in the Output
section.
These chapter titles are probably still not optimal though.
Well, they're not bad. Maybe
* Input structure and controls
* Output features and controls
are a little more descriptive?
