OK -- here's my first email to everybody else, even though the
question is primarily aimed at Graham.

Once I push changes to chords.itely, what triggers a new GDP build?

For me, the problem is that I've been working on trying to get
my sections (and assigned reviews) done, so I haven't felt much
like spending time on other people's finished docs. My assumption
has been that the doc writers' work has been getting internal
review, largely through Graham, and that the external review should
come mostly from experienced users, rather than doc writers.

With this new piece of information, I'll try to budget more of
my LilyPond time for reviewing released doc sections, even if it
does take me away from my devel goal (which is limping slowly along
on a spare moment here and there).

Chords is ready as soon as the GDP is rebuilt. I just pushed a patch
on master. When I get an answer from you about the rebuilding, I'll
announce it for review on -user.

I still have a TODO for a fretted strings snippet, and I've identified
a bunch of TODOs for rhythms. Jonathan, if you're not going to work on
Winds, then I'll split up the responsibility for rhythms with you.

Graham, have fun at ICMC 2008. The LilyPond community will miss you,
and we owe you a great debt for your work on the docs. I personally
hope you'll bounce back in from time to time just to see how things
are going.

Thanks,

Carl
