Which subsubsubsections are you talking about exactly?
I'm only seeing subsubsections (e.g. "2.1.1 Compiling a file") and some headlines that are not section commands (e.g. "Entering music and viewing output" in that subusbsection), so they are intentionally not in the TOC.

If you are talking of the headlines like "Entering music and viewing output", then yes.
