If it's not too much trouble for you to do this, John, I'd be
interested to know whether you can get it too work; I've been trying
without success over the last few weeks to do comparisons between
various 2.12 & 2.13 releases.  For some reason, I always end up with
no changes (the test page ends up just like this one,
http://lilypond.org/test/v2.12.2-1/compare-v2.12.1-1/index.html).

I did manage to do a successful check between stable/2.12 and master
while doing backporting work (there were so many changes following
Joe's new spacing code that `make check' took 15 minutes rather than
its usual five :), so I know it should work fine; it seems to have
broken since then.  Sometimes even checking a humble patch against
master fails.  :(
