If you look at the list of incredibly important features (eyeglasses markup, using colored letters in tablatures (huh?!?!?), and some internal function call details), that should be pretty clear. Add to this the urge to use a version with regressions on production systems, plus the ascii-art list of contributors, then there can be no doubt that this is just a April Fools joke...
