Are we supposed to manually convert this file? Or does texinfo / texi2html do it for us? My bet is that texinfo is supposed to handle this for us. But maybe it doesn't, in which case somebody would have to modify Documentation/pictures/GNUmakefile to convert it. Look, this isn't worth working on. Just dump it in the tracker and I'll get around to it in, oh, two months?
