I have pushed a patch to clear up the remaining 'i.e.' changes. There were a 
few 'ie' and 'ie.'.

Actually I am not sure that 'i.e.,' is necessary. 'i.e,' is not correct, so 
'i.e.' without a comma is fine as far as I know.
