Thanks Carl, I'm in the middle of a make-doc after doing exactly as
you said. Assuming it compiles without errors, do I do:

  git push origin

or is it something else? It's been over a year since I pushed any code
and I can't remember. Don't want to mess it up.  I already did "git
commit -a" and made a commit message.
