Iff there is only one item in a NonMusicalPaperColumn, then it receives
only the sloped portion of the skyline on the bottom, not the flat
portion plus sloped portion.
This doesn't look too bad. I expect to have a good patch posted in a day or so.
The function single_skyline() has what looks very much like a simple copy/paste
error that would explain the symptom.
