Removed by Han-Wen in 2007 with commit: 98166b94174b63666a14a6a62bc16cf1b4163bce "Remove outdated Stencil code. - Stencil::origin_ - Stencil::origin() - Stencil::moved_to_edge() - ly:stencil-moved-to-edge - minimum argument for Stencil::add_at_edge and ly:stencil-combine-at-edge " So, I suppose this is just a left-over and should be removed.
