Well, i tried 1b77637344d0eb5361186f7049cb1b0e61720e2f, which is a direct descendant of ef8dd3eaee73588faf1a6687407a6fda60cff591. However, i remember from a speech by Linus http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4XpnKHJAok8 (0:56:20) that the committishes being SHA-1 checksums means that the history must be ok if the hashes match - so our histories up to the point of ef8dd3eaee73588faf1a6687407a6fda60cff591 should be precisely the same, did i get it right? >> Looks like the error message is the same: >> writing: /home/janek/lilypond-git/build/./out-www/xref-maps/usage.de.xref-map >> cp -p web.texi out-www/web.texi >> cp: cannot stat `web.texi': No such file or directory >> make[3]: *** [out-www/web.texi] Error 1 > > ... you know, I'm now remembering a nasty bug I saw last > Christmas. System -> about Ubuntu says only "You are using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS - the Lucid Lynx - released in April 2010"), but i've installed it quite a while ago (it was definately before holidays). I've updated it something like a week ago. cheers, Janek _______________________________________________ lilypond-devel mailing list lilypond-devel@gnu.org https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lilypond-devel
