That's plain and simple: no keypair for the given user name of pkx166h.

If I check the Lilypond developer GPG keyring at
<URL:http://savannah.gnu.org/project/memberlist-gpgkeys.php?group=lilypond>,
I can't find you in there.

Don't ask me why.  Also there are a _lot_ more developers listed on the
project than in the keyring.  Huh.  I might be missing something here.
