The most important topic in this week's discussions seems to be: "does this patch deserve a 'stable' label or not?"
The latest discussion about stable release is here: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-devel/2013-04/msg00225.html And here are the problematic issues: Allow slurs to break at barlines - previously pushed patch was found out to be defective, and may get reverted. http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1698 Incorrect rest positioning - needs design to move forward (i.e. please say what you think output should look like). http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=3307 wrong stem rendering - some interesting work was done by David, but the results are not fully satisfactory. Currently marked as needs_work. http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2658 dots in chords - needs deciding on what output do we actually want. Will most probably wait for 2.19. http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=3179 Also, point-and-click (particularly on Windows) is being actively discussed. hth, Janek _______________________________________________ lilypond-devel mailing list lilypond-devel@gnu.org https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lilypond-devel
