I guess the confusion was that I have a SourceForge account, but apparently
not an Allura account.  Although I have been able to post on the issues
list, I have been moderated.

I think that the CG is not clear on the fact that there is a difference
between an Allura account and a SourceForge account.  Once I have worked my
way through all the issues, I'll suggest changes to the CG.
