*this* deadline doesn't really affect us too much. It's the deadline for organizations to apply, which in our case has to be done by GNU anyway. What *may* happen is that the GSoC staff looks at our page as part of the GNU evaluation. So we shouldn't have any embarrassing leftovers - but it's clearly possible to add projects later. Thinking about it, I might push the patch moving unmaintained suggestions to the attic tomorrow morning, regardless of the countdown.
