If I'm not wrong, my question is how to force a re-build of
out-www/en/identifiers.tely.
I think you need to delete out{,-www}/en/internals.texi. This will
retrigger the rule to dump the internal documentation, which is partly
included into the Notation Reference.

For the record, in Documentation/ I did:
rm out-www/en/internals.texi
touch ../../Documentation/en/notation.tely
make out=www out-www/en/notation.pdf
@James: Yes, I realize that it says *.texi in the documentation
(contributor.texi), but for Notation, there is no .texi file, so I
thought the .tely file might be the correct candidate.
