Long story short, no. Generating the installers is thorny, especially because 
it has appeared in private discussions with Jacques Menu that the current 
installers don't work on macOS Sonoma (released recently), and this forces us 
to switch the toolkit we are using for macOS installers.

I'm working on it, but I don't have a time estimate.
