some time ago, I started some work to revive `guile-debugger.ly`,
but I never had the time to finish it.
That said, I'm fine if you remove it, since I could reintroduce it
later, if I get to finish my work.

seems to work just fine.
If you agree I'm going to provide a Merge Request accordingly to
update the documentation (also handling issue #6886).
