Testing "arbitrary" requires arbitrary human effort and computing
resources, therefore it is unlikely to be tested, therefore it is
unlikely to function as desired on arbitrary future dates.
Which values would be most useful in practice? Can you describe a
scenario in which a value of 3 or 4 would be useful? Can you describe
scenarios for particular larger values?
