I have a couple of questions that I didn't see treated in the documentation:
* I have entered about one page of piano music (http://home.wanadoo.nl/atte/intermezzo1.ly), but lily squeezes it together on two systems, how do I control the general "spacey-ness" of the music? * I read in the docu that bracket-pedaling is not supported.
