I'm looking for a way to print the pitch name before the tab staff; for example, if I have a guitar tuned DADGAD (high to low), I'd like the tab staff to look (somewhat) like this:
D ----- A ----- G ----- D ----- A ----- D -----
I'm almost sure I saw a way to do this in the documentation, but I can't seem to find it again.
