Same thing that Lily gives ( a taller page). I mentioned recently that maybe there's a bug in my ps2pdf.

of Ghostscript and not from some other source.
AFAICT it is. It apparently was installed from the Debian gs-common package.
Also, what version of Ghostscript do you use (`gs -v`)?
