Your problem was probably resolved in 2.19.26, so you'll need to upgrade: http://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=lilypond.git;a=commit;h=555eba6c5d21610b1ad87a68a4304946212fb69d (Of course, you could manually remove the extra flags, or try another printer -- but those solutions don't seem nearly as good :) ) Hope this helps.
