Have, And if you don't happen to have a card punch machine around, you can get a similar columnar layout with a spreadsheet, such as Excel. You can export that to .csv (comma-separated-value) text file format for post-processing by some other app which you can write yourself or hire someone to develop for you. Maybe you can even convert it to Lilypond format to make your notation relevant to this forum.
