Hi Klose, How very peculiar. While replying to you that linked worked just fine (but I did think it looked somewhat out of date re content). Now going back there as a result of your email the link is dead. Perhaps some strange web server caching kicked in a updated the dead link to a notification of that. I don't think I have ever seen that before.
