Many thanks to Andrew, Thomas and Phil! @Andrew: you're right... the typography itself is tricky, and maybe not very "official" (that's a Boosey edition); but clear: the RH must play the accompagnement notes from the LH.
I chose Phil's solution... But I keep that of Andrew ... you never can tell ...
