I see at least three options:
1. Use a \turn or \mordent
2. Use the symbol from Bravura (there is something like \smuflglyph
"ornamentHaydn" if you use openlilylib)
3. Create your own symbol from existing glyphs like:
   { d'^\markup \combine \huge "~" \teeny \translate #'(0.35 . 0.2) "|" }

I see another option:
4. Add this ornament to Feta.

SMuFL is a good argument for that, if we want to support it some day. Would you, Lukas, be willing to wait for 2.21.0 and use that or compile your own LilyPond? Then I’d try to add such a glyph to Feta in the next few weeks.
