Folks-- I've just published 64-bit Mac builds of 2.20 at https://bintray.com/marnen/lilypond-darwin-64/lilypond-2.20.0 . Enjoy, and please let me know if you run into any issues: it appears to work, but I haven't tested it exhaustively.
