Mhmm, this is very special, and LilyPond's documentation is already more than 2000 pages... I rather suggest that you contribute a well-documented snippet to the LilyPond Snippet Repository. http://lsr.di.unimi.it/ This might then eventually become a part of the documentation. Werner
