The prebuilt application bundle for macOS 10.13 High Sierra and later is available at [1]. The Homebrew version has been already updated. The MacPorts update [2] is on the way. As noted in [1], due to problems in packaging a component, the prebuilt application bundle does not include the Documentation Browser and the SVG View.
