After upgrading from 2.20 to 2.24 to get graphical notation, any score I try to run in Lilypond has this error:

'default-toplevel-book-handler) Throw to key `ly-file-failed' with args `()'. Even trying to run a minimal example like a C Major scale on a single staff fails with the same error. Is there anything I can do to get this fixed?
