Tweak size of Script objects

[Fennel]

I’d like to adjust the size of certain script marks like trills and bowings 
relative to the staff size. The 
[script](https://lilypond.org/doc/v2.25/Documentation/internals/script) class 
doesn’t seem to let you change the symbol’s size.
