I just (12/16/2024) tried running Lilypond via Frescobaldi on Windows 11 and
got a lilypond compile error: C++ missing:

fatal error: cannot find: c++
Exited with return code 1.
It had been working fine as recently as 9/9/24
To fix it, I tried re-installing Frescobaldi (3.3.0) and Lilypond (2.24.3)
and C++ (2022 Community)
But it only seems to have made matters worse.
I'm running Windows 11 Home Version 23H2 (build 22631.4541)
Where can I find COMPLETE re-install instructions.
